• Request information regarding such processing if their personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the PDP Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request the compensation of damages in the event that they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding the aforementioned rights to our Company through the methods set out in the Rezervem Teknoloji Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. While it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

The Data Subject undertakes that the information subject to this Cookie Policy is complete, accurate and up to date, and that they will update it immediately in the event of any change in this information. The Company shall have no liability in the event that the Data Subject has not provided up-to-date information.
